蒸米饭(这步跳过),把鸡腿去骨,取鸡腿肉,准备一个土豆、一个胡萝卜、半个洋葱,咖喱酱(我喜欢百梦多的)

把鸡腿肉、土豆、胡萝卜、洋葱切丁,把鸡肉丁里放入适量老抽、料酒、胡椒粉抓匀腌制一会

铁锅烧热,放入少许油,把腌制好的鸡肉丁放进去煸炒,炒出多余水分和油,盛出备用

把锅刷干净,重新烧热,放入少许油,把土豆、胡萝卜、洋葱丁放入煸炒一会

炒到断生,倒入热水,把刚才炒锅的鸡腿肉放进去一起煮,煮一会放入咖喱块,慢慢熬煮到汤汁收浓(放入咖喱块后要不断搅动,以免粘锅)
