烧水把排骨放入热水中,等排骨变色,撇去那些脏东西

把排骨倒入洗碗槽,广州人叫过冷河,清洗一遍

取出汤锅加入8碗水,放入排骨,开大火煮10分钟,放入姜片,我一边拍照一边放姜片,有点困难

把盖子关上再转小火继续煲10分钟左右。

差不多时间倒入山药,用勺子搅拌一下

再把盖子关好,等待15分钟左右,不能太久了,因为山药好快熟的。
