洗净青菜,豆腐干,黄豆芽,猪肉。

猪肉肥,瘦分开,把肥的切小块,比较容易熬油。

锅烧热放入肥肉,稍微炒一下放点植物油,比较容易熬。

在熬油的工夫,这边把瘦肉切成片,豆腐干切条,青菜也切一下。

油熬好后可以把渣留着,也可以盛了。锅烧热放入瘦肉,翻炒一下。

炒到差不多的时候,放入盐和天鲜蔬(味精),不需要放太多。

由于锅不够大,先盛在盘子里。汤汁可以留在锅中。

洗菜盆装水,把米面放进去泡一下,泡到有点软就行了!

把刚才的锅烧热,放入米面和汤汁混合,再放点盐和味精,再滴几滴老抽,筷子把米面抖散上色,拿筷子和锅铲翻炒,反正努力翻吵就对了!
