糖,鸡蛋混合搅至糖溶解,加入苏打粉,泡打粉,水和蜂蜜拌匀.

再把面粉一点,一点滴撒入拌成面糊.(如出现颗粒状就过滤下咯)

烧热不粘锅后转小火,舀1汤匙面糊入锅中间,让它自行摊开成圆形。

待面糊上面冒出许多小气泡,底部着色时即可翻面。
