倒入四季豆煸炒,放盐(盐可以稍微多些,四季豆不容易入味)

再次倒入少许油,开始炒肉末。肉末下锅后要快速滑动,以防止肉末结在一起

待肉末炒至散开,放少许生抽,倒入辣椒、蒜蓉、姜末等,放少许盐,锅边撒些料酒

肉脱生后再倒入四季豆翻炒

四季豆炒至变色后,放入榄菜和少许糖,倒入榄菜后不要炒太久,不然榄菜容易干。最后放些鸡精炒炒就可以出锅了
