烤箱200度预热,用饼皮将馅包住,模子里沾一层粉,磕出,将包好的月饼球压成月饼坯子,烤盘垫锡纸,将压好的月饼坯依次排好;

入烤箱烤5分钟定型,取出,在月饼表面刷一层过滤后的蛋液,重新入烤箱烤15分钟,待表面变金黄出炉;
