原料:蛋黄2个,牛奶200ml,淡奶油250ml,细砂糖40g,香草精2.5ML

先蛋黄中加入细砂糖,搅拌至稍微发白,加入牛奶,搅拌均匀

倒入奶锅内,小火慢慢煮,不断搅拌,千万别煮沸了,煮至蛋奶液稠稠的,蛋奶浆挂在勺子背,划一下痕迹不消失

然后加入香草精,搅拌均匀,然后盛出晾凉。

淡奶油打到6成发,倒入蛋奶液里,用打蛋器充分搅拌。没有电动打蛋器的也可以用筷子,要多多的搅拌做出来的才细腻啊

搅拌好的倒入密封的容器内,进冰箱冷冻,每隔1小时拿出来搅拌一次,连续4次。最后一次可以加入新鲜水果粒
