调好的酱汁,做法:生姜与蒜头洗净,剁成蓉,炒锅烧热,放入适量花生油,然后下姜蒜蓉,炒香,最后加入适量生抽与陈醋,搅匀即可。

将千张小心平铺于案板上,在一端铺上黄瓜与胡萝卜丝(注意:熟食案板与刀,均提前用开水消毒过且晾干);

洗干净手或戴上一次性手套,小心将黄瓜胡萝卜丝卷起,要慢慢卷实,吉祥如意卷即做好了;
