全部调料放好腌制最少30分钟。(因为后期煎的过程中没有加入任何调味料,所以味道一定要入进去,而且不破坏三文鱼的鲜美)

我是腌了两个小时左右,锅中放底油(最好是橄榄油和植物油)

油烧热之后放入三文鱼煎。腌制的时候用的葱姜蒜末可以扔掉再放些新的。(我还切了几篇杏鲍菇摆盘用)
