锅内烧开水,然后将装有粉浆的盘放置蒸锅里,盖上锅盖旺火蒸1.5至2分钟;

小心揭开锅盖(不要让水珠滴到肠粉上)看见米皮鼓起,说明肠粉皮蒸熟了;
