取一份月饼皮放在手掌中心,按扁.放上一颗包好蛋黄的豆沙馅,把月饼皮慢慢的往上推(月饼皮的伸展性很好,虽然第一次包,不过慢慢推,还是很好推的.)

把包好的月饼放入模具里,用手稍微的按一下。(在放入模具之前,模具里装入少许干粉,摇一摇,然后倒出多余的粉,揉好的月饼上也可抹上些低粉,这样不粘模,而且很容易就能脱模了)

先把月饼模倒扣在烤盘里,用力压出花纹后小心的退出,把月饼扣在铺上油纸的烤盘里,依次做好月饼。

烤箱预热180°,然后放入月饼烤8分钟定型,月饼在入烤箱前喷些水雾,以免月饼表面太干而开裂变型.

这个我没回好油就拍了,因为等它回好油我也上班去了,等我下班回来估计早被吃光了.切开了个是没蛋黄的花生陷的,花生味的真的没话说,特别香,也不腻,很赞哦,值得亲们去试试呢.
