一块面片放在最下面,然后抹20克椰蓉馅;

再依次放上第二块面片,再抹20克椰蓉馅

全部面片依次放好后,将最后的椰蓉馅抹在面片上,并撒上切碎的杏干粒。放入有油纸的蒸笼里,再次醒发30分钟左右,然后用中火蒸30分钟。关火三分钟后开盖。

蒸好后,把四边修齐,切成等份就可以了!
