处理干净的熟肥肠,洗肥肠要翻过来洗,用面粉洗两遍,盐洗两遍,最后再用料酒和醋洗一遍,彻底洗干净.虽然是买的熟肥肠,那我也用开水焯了一下。

热锅凉油,放所有配料,加一勺白糖,煸炒出香味

放入土豆条后倒一勺开水,加适量盐,焖三分钟
