豆角变色 食用碱充分融化后 锅内放入土豆 让后倒水 水刚刚没过豆角和土豆即可

开大火煮开锅后 开小火慢炖20-30分钟 东北油豆一定要熟透否则有可能引起食物中毒 确认豆角熟透后 撒入味精 调味均匀出锅即可
