蒸好后趁热搅散,然后用橡皮刮刀翻压至光滑平整,包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏1小时以上这个奶黄馅是自己做的,用来做月饼馅的,所以蒸的硬些,做包子用,可以不用蒸这么干。
