5.揉发酵好的面团,排气,分成3等分。取一份面团,揉长,再搓卷起来。一个面包胚就做好了

6.做好3个小面包,放入烤盘,醒发15分钟

8.烤箱160度预热5分钟。放入面包胚,上下火,190度,烤15分钟,借烤箱预热再烤3分钟。
