加入淡奶油,牛奶,筛入过筛后的低筋粉,切拌.不要打圈.

把蛋白糊分批加入黄油面粉糊中,切拌.注意不能消泡.

铁模具里面涂上黄油,再放入高筋粉或者普通面粉,为了防粘

把弄好的面粉糊放入模具中,撒上杏仁片,放入烤箱中上层,190度左右20-30分钟,在20分钟的时候拿出来,在中间切一刀.烤到面粉糊都固体状.
