拿一双筷子搅动干面粉,边搅边徐徐的加入温水

当搅得没有干面的时候再用手揉成软面团(和面的时候会有点粘手,可以将手上不断的沾点水);和好的面用油将面的表面涂上一层,盖上湿纱布发1个小时左右

鸡蛋磕入碗中,加一点生抽,用筷子充份搅打

锅中热油,倒入鸡蛋液,待其稍微凝固

然后用筷子快速搅动,划散成鸡蛋碎,备用

韭菜摘洗干净,沥干水分切成碎粒;虾米用温水泡软,洗净沥干

将韭菜、鸡蛋、虾米全部放入盆中调入油搅拌均匀

盐、鸡精在包馅饼之前再放,放的太早容易出水

将松弛好的面团揉匀搓成长条切成小剂子,逐个揉圆、按扁、放上适量馅料像包包子一样包好

接口捏紧后朝下,轻轻按成薄薄的面饼生坯

放入电饼铛中,两面烙成金黄色,即可。(也可用平底锅,中小火烙熟)
