待豆角全部炒到深绿色后 放入少量食用碱 翻炒约一分钟

翻炒均匀后 放入适量水(水刚刚没过豆角一点就可以) 放入一颗或两颗大料 准备开始炖

开大火 把锅煮沸

锅内水烧开后 开中火加盖慢炖约15至20分钟

确认豆角炖熟炖烂以后 锅内应该还有少量汤汁 开大火 把汤靠干 加食盐 味精 花椒粉调味后即可出锅
