在炖菜的空闲时间剥几颗大蒜,喜欢的可以多点,不喜欢的三料就够了.把蒜擦成蒜蓉,加入白醋,生抽一点,芝麻油.

等菜的汁水收的差不多了关火,记得要留一点汤水在锅里,不要全部煎干了.这个菜要比平时炒的菜咸上一些.

放刚刚烧开的开水锅,煮面,我用的挂面,放进去后要马上用筷子搅一下,要不然面条会粘在一起.

另外准备一个盆子或锅,盛上凉水,待面条煮好后,把面捞到凉水里.

把煮面的水舀一些放到刚刚调好的蒜汁里拌匀.
