玉米半个 洗干净 用刀将玉米粒切下备用(如图。如果你不敢这么切,可以先将玉米煮熟放凉后,用手剥玉米粒,就是麻烦些)

下入沥干水的豆腐块,轻轻晃动锅使豆腐均匀裹上汤汁

中火将汤汁收干,过程中要小心晃动锅。出锅前转大火撒入鸡精 用水淀粉勾芡即可
