咸蛋黄放进朔料袋中用刀背压扁再弄碎碎。

腌肉中加入鸡蛋和咸蛋白顺时钟方向拌匀。

加入咸蛋黄碎和沙葛碎也顺时钟方向拌。

放下1茶匙的粟粉再顺时钟方向拌多几下至到起胶。

热锅抹上一层油,拿一小汤匙肉放进锅中弄圆稍压扁成饼状,用小火煎,煎至2面微黄肉熟即可。

煎好的【一口肉饼】,吃时可配些番茄酱或沙拉酱一起享用。
